Refunds
Updated: 22.10.2026. Premium is paid only in Telegram Stars, right in Telegram; we never see your cards.
When we refund
- Premium did not work because of our fault and we did not fix it in the 7 days after your request.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You paid by mistake and asked no later than 14 days after paying, provided you have not used Premium features since the payment.
- Other cases are considered individually.
How to ask for a refund
- Write /paysupport in @monnexapp: the payment date and what happened.
- We reply within 3 working days. The refund is made through Telegram, in Stars, to the Telegram account that paid.
- After a refund, access for the paid period ends; your records stay on Free.
Subscription
You can stop the monthly subscription at any time in Telegram; access lasts until the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made. Stopping the renewal does not by itself refund a period already paid.
Until 1 January 2027 Premium is free for everyone, so there is nothing to pay.
Law
These rules do not limit your consumer rights under the law of your country or Telegram's rules for Stars.
