How Monnex works
Where does Monnex work?
As a Telegram Mini App through the official @monnex_bot and in the browser at app.monnex.app. The data is the same in both places.
How do I sign in?
With Telegram — no separate password or email. You can link Google to sign in from a browser.
Which languages does the app have?
Ukrainian, English, Russian, Romanian and Spanish. This site is in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
What is Quick entry?
A line on Home where you type “Coffee 180”: amount and description in any order, a minus or plus at the start for expense or income. Monnex picks the category and saves the operation.
How does the Telegram bot work?
Send “coffee 180” or “+5000 salary” and the operation is saved in the account you last used, with a category from your history. The reply shows the new balance and an Undo button.
Which operations can I record?
Expenses, income, transfers between your own accounts and currency exchange. A transfer never becomes spending; an exchange keeps both amounts and the actual rate.
How many currencies are supported?
21. Each account keeps its own currency; totals use dated National Bank of Ukraine rates.
How does “Safe to spend today” work?
It is what is left of the monthly limit divided by the days left in the month, so spending it keeps you within the budget.
How do goals work?
A goal has an amount and an optional date and is linked to accounts. Progress uses the current balance of those accounts.
What does Wealth include?
Assets minus debts: accounts and cash, savings, property, business, investments and debts you owe or are owed. Crypto uses the day’s price on Free and live prices on Premium.

Banks, import and your data
Does Monnex connect to my bank?
No. Monnex has no access to your bank or cards. Operations come from Quick entry, the bot or statement import.
Which statements can I import?
CSV or XLSX files up to 5 MB from monobank, PrivatBank, Monefy, 1Money and Spendee, and other banks by the column names. You see a preview before anything is added. The first import is free; further imports are part of Premium.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Operations can be exported to CSV or Excel for a chosen period.
Will the bot remind me to record?
Only if you turn it on: a daily reminder on days with nothing recorded, weekly and monthly summaries and alerts at 80% and 100% of a limit.
How much does Monnex cost?
Free is the full ledger with no count limits, including export and your first statement import. Premium adds “Why my wealth changed”, “Forecast”, live crypto prices and every further import: 21 days free, then 120 Telegram Stars a month or 990 a year. Payments are not enabled yet.
