From a message to a saved operation
Open the bot
Find @monnex_bot in Telegram and tap “Start”.
Type an amount
“coffee 180”, “180 coffee” or “+5000 salary” — the word order does not matter.
Get a card
“Saved”, the amount, the category, the account balance and the “Open operation” and “Undo” buttons.
Fix it if needed
Reply to the card with a new amount or note and the bot updates exactly that operation.
Examples
What you can type
- “coffee 180” — an expense of 180 with the category from your history.
- “+5000 salary” — income: a plus at the start.
- “-200” — an expense without a description.
- “taxi 250 uah” or “lunch 20$” — the amount can carry a currency; if it differs from the account currency, the bot asks you to correct it and saves nothing.
- A statement file (CSV or XLSX) — the bot replies with a link to the import preview.

Which account does the bot use?
The account you last wrote to. You can change the account and category by opening the operation in the app.
Will a message be saved twice?
No. If Telegram delivers the same message again, the operation is not duplicated. Two separate messages are two operations.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Telegram is enough: the bot and the Mini App work inside it.
Which language does the bot reply in?
In the language of your Monnex interface: Ukrainian, English, Russian, Romanian or Spanish.
