Quick expense entry in one line

Type “Coffee 180” in Quick entry on Home. The amount and the description go in any order; a minus or plus at the start means expense or income. Monnex picks the category and saves the operation — with a few seconds to undo it.

A transfer never counts as spending; an exchange keeps both amounts and the actual rate.

Activity shows expenses, income and the net result for a week, a month, a year or all time, with a daily chart, categories and comparison with the previous period.

Budget

Monthly budget and category limits

Set a monthly limit and limits per category. Monnex shows what is spent and what is left, and Home shows how much is safe to spend today.

Safe to spend today = (monthly limit − spent) ÷ days left in the month

Alerts in Telegram when a category or the month reaches 80% and 100%.
Spending in another currency is shown separately and not mixed into the limit.

Goals

Savings goals linked to your accounts

A goal has an amount, a currency and an optional date and is linked to real accounts. Progress uses their current balance — no need to set money aside inside the app.

An emergency fund, a holiday, a down payment — as many as you need.
Monnex shows how much is left and, from your usual contributions, when you will get there.

Wealth

Net worth: everything you own minus your debts

Wealth is assets minus debts: accounts and cash, savings, property, business, investments and debts you owe or are owed to you. “Available now” — cards and cash for everyday spending — is shown separately.

Crypto uses the day’s price, updated once a day; live prices come with Premium. Other assets keep the value you set and its date.
Debts are subtracted once: loans, mortgages, credit cards, personal debts.

Statement import and export

Bank statement import and export to CSV or Excel

Import a CSV or XLSX statement (up to 5 MB) from a bank or another app. You see every operation before it is added and choose what to import. The file can also be sent to the bot.
